Searching for a robust solution to climate and energy policy arrangements: Towards a first-best policy framework
&nbsp\;
Abstract
Australia has extensive experience in the development of state of the art policy arrangements and\, from time to time\, has been regarded as a policy development leader. In the case of climate and energy policy\, however\, we are still looking for a robust policy framework that can be expected to withstand the test of time. In this talk\, Mike Young will begin by searching through a sample of the robust approaches that have been tried in an attempt to identify a framework that could be used to bring Australia to the forefront of this extremely challenging policy arena.
&nbsp\;
About the Speaker&nbsp\;
